He is very much involved in our custom bike building programme, playing his part in design as bikes develop along the way and in 2020 he was responsible for building the UK Battle of The Kings winner, Bad Hombre. Keith has completed many Harley® factory training courses (100% in the latest one!). Whatta guy - and he is all ours!

Paddy Doherty – SENIOR Technician

Pat was a good customer & frequent visitor with West Coast before joining the team in March 2017. He has been a great addition as not only is he a died in the wool Harley enthusiast, owner and rider but has a strong engineering and fabrication background. Pat has elevated our ability to customise in house to a much higher level. In his own words, “There is nothing that can’t be done”. He is the life and soul of the workshop with his ‘fantastic’ patter (...well that’s what we tell him anyway!)

Ryan Campbell – ADVANCED Technician

Ryan joined the workshop team in June 2021. Currently in his 3rd year at Motherwell College he came to us after we advertised for an Apprentice Technician. Originally expecting to employ a teenager, Ryan stood out as the ideal candidate from the many people we spoke to. He attends college on a Monday, works with us Tuesday to Friday and is the father of 3 young kids… How’s that for dedication? A quiet man with an outstanding attitude he has been a very welcome addition. We are all looking forward to watching Ryan’s career progress and for him to become another future Master Technician at West Coast.

Our most recent addition. Quite the romantic story… After visiting Thunder in the Glens as part of The Robin Hood Chapter, Sol met a beautiful young lady and fell in love… After returning home and keeping in touch, they decided they had to be together and Sol relocated to Scotland. He had already visited us at West Coast on his travels and reached out for any opportunities at West Coast. As an already qualified Harley-Davidson Advance Technician we thought it was too good an opportunity to pass us by. Chesterfields loss was Glasgow’s gain. An energetic & ambitious young man, we look forward to playing a huge part in Sols development and yet another Master Technician for West Coast Harley-Davidson

Martyn paterson – bike detailer

Martyn joined us in June 2022, his hobby has been detailing for over 20 years. Detailing bikes, cars.... even C90's! Martyn's first bike was a ZX6R, but his all time favourite bike is his Suzuki B-King which he's owned since new and it still looks like it just came out the store! Martyn has a real passion for rejuvenating motorcycles and he enjoys turning his talents to Ultras.

Dan Flynn – Bike Detailer

Helping us keep our reputation intact for spotless presentation, detailing is a really important part of what makes West Coast so well respected and Dan has been grafting away at this since 2018. We’ve now expanded and re-located this very important part of the business with 4 dedicated bays and specialised lighting to help Dan and his fellow detailers keep up with demand. It’s important to have an eye for detail and Dan knows exactly what our customers expect when they pick up a new or pre-owned motorcycle from West Coast. He takes a great deal of pride when his work is displayed and ultimately sold and in the hands of new happy customers.
